SBR publication on the EU commission's NGA recommendation: Martin Lundborg und Ernst-Olav Ruhle have published an article in the renowned journal Telecommunications Policy on the recommendation of the EU commission on next generation access entitled "EU POLICY FOR NEXT GENERATION ACCESS - AN INNOVATIVE OR INCREMENTAL STEP FORWARD?" The article analyses the new contents of the recommendation and investigates the degree of innovation with respect to the regulatory approach.
