Study: Usage of Digital Dividend

The study of SBR Juconomy Consulting regarding the usage of the digital dividend by mobile network operators and the technical and economic conseqences for the operating of cable networks (see also news of February 19, 2010) has been the focus of a discussion between  Dipl.-Ing. Wolfgang Reichl with Mag. Wolfgang Ritschl (Science Department of the "Österreichischer Rundfunk").
