Bottom-up Cost Models - Project at Samoa

The regulatory authority (http://www.regulator.gov.ws/) of Samoa has appointed SBR to establish two bottom-up cost models based on TSLRIC for the fixed and mobile networks of Samoa. As a part of the project SBR will also assess the efficient costs of termination of calls on the fixed and the mobile networks. The project commenced on site on the 8th April in Apia, the capitol of Samoa.
